Shipping & Delivery
PPA Int’l will ship to US addresses in the 48 contiguous United States via United Parcel Service (“UPS”), ground service and or “USPS”.  PPA Int’l is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages as such, all shipments are insured to the maximum limited allowed by UPS and USPS. Any package loss or damaged during transit should be referred to UPS and or USPS for claim. PPA Int’l does NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes.  Bill to address must match Ship to address in order for us to process and ship your order.  Any mismatch of Bill to and Ship to will not be processed.

Returns & Replacements
15% restocking fee will apply to any returns and S&H will not be refunded.  All returns must be in new conditions with original package (within 15 days of purchase).  Should you need to return a product please email to inquire@ppa-usa.com
Ordering
By placing an order with PPA Int’l, you the “customer”, has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. You also agree to the total amount due for the purchase price of the product, freight, insurance and taxes if applicable. These charges will be collected via the payment of choice such as credit card. PPA Int’l reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
PPA Int’l attempts to be as accurate and up to date on all web content and pricing. However, from time to time, it is possible that a description, price or other relevant information might have been posted incorrectly due to photographic, typographical, technical or other error. PPA Int’l shall have the right to correct any pricing issue if one has been determined to exist solely by PPA Int’l. For any other error, PPA Int’l will replace the item with the correct item or refund the purchase price of the item. Under either circumstance, the incorrect item must be returned to PPA Int’l in its original condition, packaging and all contents included.
